Dain L. Schult
Chairman
Dain L. Schult, as Chairman, has been in media including Terrestrial Radio, Internet Radio, podcasts, business consulting, focus group research, music production, advertising and marketing for over fifty years. He has built various broadcast groups such as Sunbelt Radio Group, Texas Eagle Radio Network, American Communications Enterprises and Global Entertainment Technology. His consulting firm, which has worked with hundreds of radio stations, Radioactivity, that he formed in 1977 is still operating now as a part of GET. Dain is a graduate of and was an instructor at Georgia State University in Atlanta. He started in radio as an announcer there in Atlanta but also worked on-air in Tampa Bay, Pittsburgh and Houston. He is also an author with four published works and seven more manuscripts ready to publish.
Antonio Da Silva EMBA-GM

Meet CEO Antonio DaSilva, a U.S. Navy veteran has spent over 40 years working in and traveling throughout emerging and frontier markets. After the Covid epidemic periods of 2021-2022, he resumed traveling and started focusing on business engagements and due diligence in Kenya, Ghana, Spain, Switzerland, the Philippines and most recently in Poland and Ukraine. The goal was to launch a number of emerging market and frontier funds focusing on Asia, Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe. In addition to open-end and closed-end venture funds, several strategic alliances were formed to tap the capital markets and emerging market private equity funds to facilitate and structure financing for early stage businesses, merger and acquisitions and pre-IPO initiatives.

Jay Sawyer has been in radio broadcasting and voice-over actor work for decades in the Atlanta area. He began his career as an on-air radio personality for over a decade before successfully transitioning into voice over work fulltime. He has expanded into television and the movie industry as well. Jay’s radio programming prowess and audience awareness are important elements of GET’s future Internet Radio strategy. He shares with Dain Schult not only time on the air in Atlanta but also a love for all things automotive. Tom Robinson serves as management consultant for GET 1 and also can assist in real estate deals and developments with GET2. He has over 40 plus years in radio broadcasting experience and producing in medium to major markets in terrestrial radio in the US. Tom has been involved in international satellite communications for years including setting up broadcast feeds for both Sydney 2000 and the Asian Games from Hiroshima Japan in the 1990s. In addition, he has owned a real estate investment business while still maintaining a presence in radio broadcasting, talk shows and podcasts.
